anyone ever bought a truck from this auction? I’ve been to them before but never bought a truck. See lots of dealers there so guessing if buy from a dealer you are getting a auction truck at a higher price. Looking for a daycab, probably freightliner with DD13.

I bought an 03 international eagle at auction from them many years ago, only reason I got rid of it was the California CARB rules. It was a former Walmart truck, within a couple of weeks I got title, that truck was great and I only paid 7k. 450,000 mi, non smokers truck. I put another 500 k on it with only oil changes. Try that now days, I spend more per year on emissions than I spent buying that truck.

I can’t remember if there was a clause that allowed you to return the truck if you discovered a problem within 24 hours of buying it. Mine was running, got there early to inspect trucks, there was a paper in the window that showed tire tread depth, brake liner measurements, pointing out issues, dont know if Walmart still does it with auction trucks.

Auctions are amazing places to understand human minds. There are masters thesis and phd desertations that can be built purely on auctions.

As far as t@m goes at south Sioux city Nebraska ill offer what I know .
There are some good buys there but keep in mind it is also the dumping ground for fleets in that region to dispose of the high mileage , wore out and problem children .
    Beware !
