Does anyone know what it would cost to purchase the pump and the PTO for a chemical tanker setup? Like for quality carriers?

Can anybody provide me with a link to the type of pump and PTO that is needed?

Trying to get an idea of what the cost of that would be, just the PTO and pump anyway.

look up Roper and Ranger pumps and or Blackmere, Viking [canada].

Chem package, stainless and teflon innards.

PTO cost is dependent on Transmission type and PTO location {side mount vrs bottom mount] then the cost of fabricating the plumbing and drive shaft...

    too many variables to ballpark.

in the late 80's a roper pump, Emglo compressor mounted ran around 10K...ranger was a cheaper version of the roper.

Actually I'm just trying to find what the new cost of the PTO and the pump that mounts onto the transmission is only. I'm not concerned about the rest of the setup.

Specifically, the pump mounts to the bottom of the transmission. I'm trying to get an idea what it would cost to replace that pump and the PTO with a new unit.

    I got the Hydrachem
Its a hydraulic all in one box. All in it was 10,200 installed. Your cost may vary depending on how much frame rail space you have avail. IIRC you need 36"

I see a lot of QC guys with this setup. If you do go with this, I highly recomend Jacob Press Sons in Chicago do the install. Very knowledgeable people there.

The company charged me around 6k for pump and compressor. Both PTO shaft driven.

I remember having this priced out for a guy in the 90's, I think it ran around $1900 - 2500 back then...

I actually should have been more clear about my post.

I have a truck that I bought that the previous owner ran for Quality carriers.

I put my own wet line for a dump trailer on the transmission but I have the PTO and the other pump that they use for Quality carriers and I want to sell them.

So I'm trying to get an idea of what that pump and PTO would cost brand new and what I can get for them used.

Everything is in excellent condition it was a working truck that the engine blew up and they're just parts that I don't need.
