TA - Montgomery, AL

I stayed there last week, steak was excellent!

They have a Security Guard now so the Lot Lizards have moved over to the Kangaroo TS

 

I haven't been into that TA since 2001, I think it was. I have avoided that place like the plague that it was.

Glad to hear of this change. TA seems to be making a genuine effort to win some business from Pee-a-lot. I know my most recent TA experiences have all been positive...very positive, in fact!

Have they upgraded the showers there, too? That's the deal breaker for me, as I don't often eat in the restaurants.

 

I'm the same way. I avoid it like the plague. It use to be a dump.

 

I've probly passed it a 100 times and stopped once

 

As long as the containers didn't say NOT FOR RESALE they can sell anything they want

 

The T-A in Canton, OH. has one really big problem.......DON'T PARK ON THE BACK ROW!!! If you do and have to leave before the sun comes up? You're screwed. The T-A in Slidell, LA. was pretty bad right after Katrina but they got it back in order. And do I even need to mention Gary or Lake Station?

 

I stayed at the TA in Canton and never got bothered, but it was a few years ago though..

 

I didn't get bothered. It was the row in front of me that kept me from getting out. WAYYY to tight to park on the back row.
