That truckstop is mere blocks from hooker and dopehead drag. the Flying J is a bit safer, just a bit.

 

WatsonDL1 I see you think like I do. I don't know what to tell ya. There are several reasons a jerk would something like this any one or any combination of them could be why he/she did this. I do know here in Calif. copper theft is a big thing since copper is getting a good price.

 

Another one of our drivers had the APU cover stolen, druggies for the cash value of the aluminum. They are taking battery box covers off Petes and KW's too, easy to pop rubber hold downs and scoot. I guess that is a nice thing about having side fairings, they would have to work to get to mine!

 

well that sucks but i am glad you werent hurt..i think more and more things like this are gonna start to happen...aint gonna say why, but y'all can figure it out....

Next time....Park at the "J" further west....More parking and it's safer....

 

I use T/A's because that is where I fuel and I have my shower credits, but if it's a bad area, I'll go to a safer pilot/j/loves and spend the $ on a shower. Better than paying to replace something a crackhead stole.
