    Tried factory 4x6 bulbs, pathetic.

Tried glass euro 4x6 with the removable 9003 / H4 bulb - These bulbs all have a shroud inside them to direct light down, results are a big dark circle in the middle of the beam, both combined it looks like a batman shadow in front of me.

LED sealed replacement. got a set of 4x6 "H4651" replacement ones, super bright.... they wont fit in the factory headlight buckets. So i'll be sending them back. And looking online at other pictures , all the LED ones are thick and likely wont fit either.

I just want to see, why is this a nightmare?

I've had 2 bulbs get cracked by rocks in 4 months, so these bulbs that are $100+ each is literally out of the question.

Is there anything reasonably priced that works? Reasonable = $50-60 each .... When factory ones are like $6 each, $50 is expensive..... over 200 each is just insane.

I installed 4 little LED 3x3" work lights on the back of my truck (its a flatbed) and if i turn them on at night they light up the road better behind me than my headlights do in front.
Worse case if there are no reasonable priced ones i'll run stock ones and use LED lights on my brush guard.

The JW Speaker lights people rave about.... cheapest is $248 each lol...... 275 for heated,, i'd like to not spend over $1000 on headlights. A couple hundred is fine.

    Thanks.

    I’ve tried everything....

Do the jw speaker heated low beams and non heated high beams.....if you want to save a few bucks.....or just do the low beams.

I’ll admit the price is insane but they are the best plug and play option I’ve tried....

And I run mostly at night and need all the lighting I can get because my eyes are old and tired.....

Did you try to put rock guards over the headlights?

Almost a year later and still no luck. I put the factory ones back in and bought 2 little round LED fog lights off ebay for $10. They make up the difference but blind people so im still on a quest for lights that work and REFUSE to pay for the JW speaker ones... I dont care how well they work i cant live with having $1000 into my headlights. I have thought about removing the housings and fabbing up my own... I'll spend 100 hours before spending $1000. on lights that were probably made in china for $1.50 anyway.

Thats extortion. No way can i pay that for some lights they make for $1.50 and I chip them too often. $100. for one bulb is insanity.... but $350 lol... thats laughable.
