I am a recent CDL grad from AIT schools in Las Vegas. I have done a lot of research on most of the top carriers out there and cant seem to find any good reviews about the mega companies running the highways today. I have been looking into System Transport and I think I have made my decision about where to start my career. Can anyone give me some insight on this company? Any and all info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have heard good things about the company but I havent worked for them

I believe chinatown can tell you much more if they show up here.

I checked them out, they seem pretty good. Most drivers there seem pretty happy. They are sticklers for a clean driving record. Trucks are well maintained and such. Reefer drivers (TWT) are very busy in the 2800-3200 miles per week range.

Understand that this is 3 companies owned by one parent. TWT is reefers (west coast), Systems is flatbeds (lower 48) and I forgot the 3rd company but I think it's lower 48 dry van.

2800-3200 miles a week sounds right up my alley. I want good miles from whichever carrier I chose to go with and those numbers don't sound too bad to me. I want to run flatbed though... I don't know how many miles their drivers stack up but it just seems a little more exciting to me rather than pulling around a van trailer all the time.

depends on the company. i've heard yes from some of there drivers and others i've heard no.

and if they haul anything like the last 2 companies i worked for. it's usually the cheap crap that don't wanna pay to be hauled but yet it gets tarped.

I begin orientation next Monday July 29th, will start out driving teams for TWT (refrig).

I just graduated cdl school (Oregon)
and I am so happy they are giving this rookie a shot

I was dreading having to start with a company that was not so favorably reviewed on this forum

Made alot of calls and did even more research.

Just got invite today, very very happy

I haven't seen any negative reviews on System Transport. Their trucks do have APU's.
Palazon mentioned there are 3 companies under the trans-system umbrella & he is correct; refrigerated/tanker/flatbed.

I would say that System is one of the "better" training companies. I don't know if there's such thing as a "good" trucking company, though.
