I was looking for ANY info on System Freight Inc based out of NJ.

I have a road test tomorrow 11/1 in the Dayton NJ terminal with Fred

I cant seem to find much info on them online.

Teamster union 701, odd type of pay structure, they say ill make about a 1000-1200 a week?

Any info good or bad would be helpful. Any former or current System workers out there?

Thanks in advance, be safe ...

good company. I worked for them a few yrs ago. I moved out of NJ. so I moved on to new company. I made good money, and it was all drop and hook. Best of all it is Union. Good luck. you will like it.

Sounds like they are going to be okay. Fred was real cool to deal with. (road test guy) Seems like a straight shooter.
    I start on the 18th.

    Thanks Maineland

They were trying to put drivers on in Baltimore. They sent me an app several times. I wanted to talk to a recruiter to find out the specifics of the job before I'll fill out an application. I could not even find whether it was flatbed or van, mileage percentage or hourly pay, nothing. I guess they did not need drivers down here that bad.

Hey guys , yea it turns out it's an ok job at best. Pay wise. I don't think I'll be around very long. The Bene's are great local 701 and they are free for yourself and family. It's a bit of an odd company.

There's a guy named Fred there. He has shot me straight from day one. Told me the good and bad about the job. He was 100% right. He works in the safety dept. Call the office ask for Fred or leave a message with them to have him call you. he's a little hard to reach. I wouldn't deal or listen to anyone else there.
