    So I just got a call for an interview for a driver position starting at 24.50 during training. What is the pay breakdown? Do you get incentives? Pay per case?per mile?safety incentives? Can someone that currently/formerly worked at Sysco give me insite

    When I worked there, delivery drivers got hourly pay. There was also an incentive program where you could get paid per case if you delivered in less than the projected time.

    Most drivers just went for hourly pay. Only a select few drivers with good routes could realistically hit the incentive goals and make more than hourly rate.

    $2K per week gross was a regular occurrence even on hourly/OT pay as most drivers would work their full 70 allowable DOT hours.
