I don't advocate ANYONE work for Swift...but if you're there and stuck you better be careful.

Typical big company BS.
-
Typical Swift!
-
That's a scare tactic by the company!
Where I work, nothing has been said.
Interesting though................. -
Swift should go out of business too.
This is just more of their terrorizing the truck drivers unfortunate to work there. -
Put a stop to that immediately!!! Cite personal safety as a reason not to run. Wait for the very first report of shooting or violence and use it to your advantage. Let them fire you, and sue for wrongful termination. They can't be that be that stupid. Fire the people that have the only means to keep the company alive. Dummies. LOL.
-
I believe that Swift is about that dumb. -
Funny how Swift has purchased as many Mexican trucking companies as possible...
Wonder if this whole thing with rates and the mexcian truck situation has anything to do with pushing small companies out of the way to control the rates for drivers... -
Not to stick up for Swift, but they have every right to expect their employees to perform their jobs.
Now, if you were to say you were too sick, out of hours or some other excuse, they couldn't do squat to you with out you having some sort of case against them.
If they have warned you, and you do it anyway, you deserve to get the ax. -
I agree. They would want a doctors excuse or something stupid. Thay would be worth a co-pay though.
