I am curious to know more about Swifts Costco Account I believe that is located in Maryland, Frederick maybe? Can anyone tell me about this? I see them at my local store and I am seeing more and more of their reefer trailers in this area. The questions I have are- where exactly is the DC? -How far out do they hire? Anything else would be helpful.

Monrovia, Maryland is where the DC is located. I've been there a couple times with my pops, we were bringing in empty reefers when they had just opened it like two yrs ago. Don't have info much about the account though, give them a ring and get some info. I was told the pay was .40 cpm. Hope that helps.

I don't think miles matter. I am on GLR and live at least 250 miles and in0 a different state. Haven't run much costco in the last month. More otr I think. But GLR is more than costco I've been told. Not sure about dc. Rumor has it more drivers than freight right now. Out of morris dc trainers and l/O and o/o get the freight.

Don't know how true that is, anytime I'm near Morris I get a preplan out of Costco before I even get there and I'm just a OTR solo company driver. Just ran a load out of there today, would be on my way back but store didn't have any pallets to send back so had to cancel the load and now I wait for a preplan.

That is what I have heard talking to the costco drivers. I was told glr is more than costco. My dm also told me the I was at the bottom of the list but now that I have moved up the rating system maybe that will change. Either way still moving freight and getting paid glr rate. All is good
