I was a little skeptical to come to this company due to some videos on Youtube, but I talked to a driver at a truck stop and did some more homework, prayed and came. I was a company driver before hand, clutch went out in my truck, Super Ego office was 8 miles from my company job so I drove the company truck there got there friday at around 6 a.m. 9 a.m. they were in the office I did a urine test went threw orientation. Then went and got my brand new 2022 kenworth t680. There was two options when I went there one was no money down and you they hold a week back, or 3k down and you get paid the same week you turn in your BOL. I payed the 3k and moved my truck from down the street to the office. Moved all my stuff from company truck to the new one. I had to take the plastic off of the seats and all over the truck. Put stickers on it was literally a brand new truck.
Saturday morning I checked in the office urine was not back yet so came back at lunch it was back. Got my binder with truck info and company and dispatcher found me a load about an hour later for 400 miles paying 1200. I was making around 3k when I was paying off the escrow and tag for the truck. After I got them paid my check is always 3500 to 5k every week I stay out 7 days. Of course the company is not in business to get the drivers rich so they take a bit off top but it is really easy to take home 5k every week.
After 6 months I was able to get a reefer and it has worked out even better my first week I drove 2100 miles for 9300 in BOL and take home pay 5800 after all the expenses (truck payment, trailer payment, insurance) I was making 1500 to 2300 as a company driver. I was able to get into a brand new truck with a warranty so that takes care of the majority in the beginning of maintenance and break downs. I am overall very happy with them. There is drivers saying bad stuff but this is only my opinion and my story, to survive in this world you need to have some negotiating skills and common sense goes along way. I have put 3 videos on my Youtube page showing my checks and talking about the company. It is under Kamikaze Drone Productions on YouTube.
Right now I am saving all my money up and I have enough to buy a used truck but I am waiting to get financed for the truck and trailer I am in. After approximetly another 6 months of saving I should be well off to take the next step and get my operating authority. If it was not for them I would be having a very hard time trying to save off of 1600 per week.
Overall even though it is only my second company otr to drive for I would give them a B plus and that is only because sometimes if you do not get a good dispatcher then you play hell getting good loads. Last week I got my best paying load yet. 300 miles for 1800 nice easy little trip and paid well.
To each there own, but this is my favorite company because of the money.
