They have been good trailers 2 years ago I had replaced all of the axles (complete w/brake assemblies and drums) and they are built pretty tough, BUT they only weigh around 10,000
We used to have a little dolly and could load RV trailers, boats, etc. But they were really built because we used to do a lot of heavier units. We have hauled full blown twin screw big sleeper semi's, fire trucks, military vehicles, small rubber tracked tanks and excavators, lower deck height is only 36".
I will be putting a couple up for sale shortly, (I think I have three spoken for).

Hey Bud, all I know is just from specing one and looking at them, they are HEAVY, with all the bells and whistles all they would tell me was OVER 23,000?
I talked to the company sales rep. last summer, just before I bought the SV 8 car, and he also told me the price was going up considerably this year, as it was a very complex and time consuming trailer to build.
For us, the deck (when down) is still to tall almost 60" anything over 8'6" and you are pushing 13'6" the SV was slightly lower, but still just really wasn't right for us.
I DO believe if I was hauling a lot of mixed loads I would still buy one or the other, being able to load on the ground, (well sort of, depends how tall you are) and not having to crawl out of windows still appeals to me, of course I have become old and fat, so that probably has something to do with it! LOLSpeedloader Thanks this. -

Here's another quick note to tack onto the post I made earlier. Today I caught up to a buddy who drives a black sister trailer to that red one I showed. He has 'Nascar' bonnet pins installed on the back deck so he can drop the pins into the trailer as he walks around back to the cab. If the valve goes bad, he has a fail safe back up to prevent the loading ramp deck from creeping out on long, bumpy, runs. I'll try another picture .......

I was told the single axle trailer weighs around 13,500 lbs. Does anyone know how the weight is distributed? I'm thinking single axle tractor is probably a bad idea even if you only load 22,000-25,000 lbs
