i saw a truck with can lights on top of the cab that strobed through them all you know the bullet can lights I really liked them does anyone know any info on them or may have them on the truck trying to figure how they work are they hooked up to a strobe module or can you buy them set up for that purpose.. It's really nice instead of having a light bar or those strobe lights really has a clean look to it... Thanks

Nice now the lights will work as a regular clearance light but then you have that Module hooked to a switch with power and that allows them to pulse ?

are you gonna use a toggle switch to toggle as strobe and clearance light?
is it legal to use the Clarence light that strobe to replace the stobe light that use for oversize load ?
    thanks

Yah I would use a switch to toggle it... And I don't think it is illegal a lot of these show trucks have it cause they don't want the ugly beacon

I'm almost positive I read somewhere that some states require a certain size of beacon. I guess if you don't go to those you'd be good but if it was me I'd strobe the clearance lights and have beacons.

I'm pretty sure you are right- it's a Class 1 beacon. I don't remember what states spell it out offhand.

Yes, several states have sizes and a few even go as far as to clarify the pattern used. And don't use clearance lights as strobes, a sure way to end up with a ticket if you run in one of the states that allow night travel. Show trucks are just that. Show trucks.
