Is there any technology to stream Ch.19 off say local repeaters for different geographic regions ?
I would nt mind monitoring CB traffic for various areas more broadly than what is available through conventional antenna (or the need to have a CB radio @ all) if the capability exists ?
Just curious if CB has broadened with the times ?
Thoughts ?

There are no repeaters used for CB frequencies.

The technology exists to monitor and then bring to the web, but rebroadcasting it to RF would be illegal. -
Why? Why would someone care that there's a traffic backup on I-95 in Philly, while actually being in Pheonix, for example? -
I can hardly stand to listen to the idiots nearby sometimes...Why would I want to listen to the idiots halfway across the country from me?
