STRANGE CASCADIA TURN SIGNAL ISSUE

Hey Everyone, I am having an issue with my turn signals. When i turn the left or right signal on, the light flashes fast. If i turn the emergency lights on, the emergency lights flash like normal and not fast. The problem is the lights on the back of the tractor dont flash. I checked the bulbs because if you turn the lights on of the truck, those will come on. There is an issue with them flashing. The lights on, those back two red lights are on (these lights are the ones under the reverse light). When i turn the emergency lights on, they dont flash but the rest of the truck flashes normally on the sides and front inside headlights, when i turn the turn signals on they flash fast but still not on the back. I checked all the sam relays on driver side when you pop the hood open but they seem fine. Are there any other relays or fuse located anywhere else? I checked behind the glove box but didnt see anything related to the lighting
