Hi there! We are a small company Owner operator a less than 2 years. We started working on August/2023 a Company and the loads was STI. But after 3-4-5 months they complained about a claim. The load was paid $84 and the claim was $1,097. We have many like this! We don't know we can do about this and looking for another experience with this. The company is Haully. Thank you!

I don't a lawyer. The company said all STI deliveries have 12 months to report a claim. The claims are a small thing imperceptible, and we have no way to complain. The app to BOL is mandatory and they said the pictures don't prove anything.

ok get one. it seems if you have one claim, then that's one issue but if you have a number of claims, then you need to get legal help to determine if it is a false claim or if it is a legit claim.

If there isn't a claim upon delivery. And the load was signed for.

They can pound sand 12 months later.

How is that possible Chris? If I deliver a load and it is accepted and signed for, what grounds do they have to file a claim? Shouldn't they do their due diligence while unloading? I mean, this is a slippery slope as far as I can tell. Basically, a shipper/receiver can shake down the carrier whenever they want.

You really need to articulate better. Have someone write for you because it is very hard to follow what you are trying to say.
