Steelman Transportation Lease

I've been with Steelman for a little over a year now on the lease purchase and have been doing good. As for the people like anywhere if you show respect you get respect. My fleet manager does a great job keeping me moving till I let him know I want some down time. Equipment is top of the line and shop dose a great job getting you in and out back on the road making the revenue you want. Like any company you get what you put into it. Run hard and you will make it slack off and you won't.

 

Well said. Your time and skill set is far more worthy than $1 a mile or anything as it’s pertains to trucking. Boost your self worth by better understanding our business (trucking/logistics) and the nuances these larger carriers are doing to keep you tricked into paying their bills and breaking yourself along the ride.

 

I,m confused. Doing a lease purchase for 11 years, have you not apid that truck off yet? Or is it a rent-to-ruin lease?

That's a different company both owned by Daseke. You have no flatbed experience? You will more than likely have to go out with a trainer.
