I can vouch for the hickory hills location. Not sure if they have the same staff as they did 5+ years ago but if old Jim is still there he's great with pre trip stuff.
They did have other locations (bensenville and Oswego would be closer to dupage county depending on where you're atAndres Guerrero Thanks this. -

I graduated Nov 7 from Star in Bensenville. Each Star location has it's own instructors and office staff. That makes a difference. My classes were fantastic - each instructor excels at what they teach. From pre-trip and general knowledge, to skills to the road-test. Keep in mind that most schools are preparing you to pass the 3-part CDL tests. This school prepares you and then some. There are way too many schools that charge less...but then when you fail continue charging extra until you pass. They are scams. Star has great reviews - and for good reason. Joel, Rich, Sue, Mark, Ricky and Mike. Great people!

I went to the Oswego location. very good. I started at a company and my training was cut short because there was nothing else for the trainer to teach me. star prepared me for driving very well.
BAHCO 10 Thanks this.
