Won't get your license suspended but will make it hard to find another job. Hire a lawyer to have the tickets reduced to something else such as non-moving violation. It can be done, but will cost a few hundred.
OLDSKOOLERnWV, NavigatorWife, viper822004 and 2 others Thank this. -
No suspension but you better fight those tickets. Most companies will fire you with those convictions.
NavigatorWife, G13Tomcat and Chinatown Thank this. -

My boss knows about the 6-11 and said #### happens. But he dosent know about the 11-20 . I got that one because I had my son who is 10 with me had to take a poop and there wasn't safe area for me to park on the road so I was hurrying to a truck stop

Take a 5 gallon plastic bucket and garbage bag to use as an emergency commode.
Did you get the ticket in a different state than you live in?
Google to find ticket lawyers. There may be a "ticket clinic" available and Google is good for finding one in the state the ticket was issued.
www.OOIDA.com may be able to help direct you to a traffic ticket lawyer.NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
Why you got it does not matter. Try calling Roadlaw. 405-242-2030. You need to fight those tickets because when you bosses insurance company see those tickets you may be unemployed.
driverdriver and NavigatorWife Thank this. -
The company I drive for is a small one my boss really cool about a lot of things we are close friends as well so if the ins. Dosent ask he won't say anything. So I should fight it ?? There is a option to plea guilty and write a letter explaining why it happened

I'm glad to hear you're working for a good boss and good friend. Unfortunately even if he doesn't tell the insurance company they have ways of finding out, and when they do they may either jack up his rates or cancel his policy.
Even if you two were joined at the hip since birth, I doubt he'd jeopardize the very existence of his trucking company just to keep you on the payroll.
You have a serious problem on your hands, and you need professional legal help NOW.
Make no mistake, your employability as a CDL driver is on the line. Good luck!snowwy, driverdriver, NavigatorWife and 1 other person Thank this.
