So my boss has given me the go ahead to start specing out a truck. He's basically told me it has to be white and a kenworth. Everything else is up to me. I pull everything from btrains, highboys, scissor necks, and low beds in alberta mainly. We've been getting all our trucks from camex just plainly specd. I've been thinking about a w900... Just looking for your opinions and how you would build yourself a truck.
this was one at my old company. Loved how it was rigged up.
And my current one.

I was thinking a w900b with a heavy front end. Not sure on the differences of w900's. I've pretty much only ran t800's. Def a 600 cummins, 18spd. 4:10 gears. In running 4:30's on this current truck and I hate the high Rpm's when I'm doing anything over 60. Fuel economy isn't really a big issue at my company lol
The Challenger Thanks this. -

Honestly for what you do and where you go I would spec out a T800 62 inch bunk with heavy rears on Neway suspension. The T800 will handle the bush roads your on way better than the W900 will and will also allow you a longer truck while staying within the 244 inch wheelbase restrictions and allowing you to stay in the length restrictions for BC. If you need it I would spec a Tridrive on Neway. Big power, Big gears, and lots of gauges are a given on any Canadian truck that works in the patch at all.
