I’m looking at options for a good company that runs the Southeast. I’ve seen a few of the larger carriers advertising SE regional runs, but I’ve been around long enough to know that things with the megas aren’t what they’re cracked up to be.
I have run all 48, but prefer to be closer to home due to my wife’s health issues.
I’ve been with my current company (Robert Bearden) for 4 years, and running a dedicated account in the Carolinas for almost half of that time.
Unfortunately, they’re cutting pay and keep rearranging things, so the next month will determine if my situation will remain tenable.
Home is on the GA / SC border.
If anyone knows of a company that has decent SE options, I’d appreciate the input.
If I need to make a change, I’d rather be smart about it.

I think Robert Bearden is pretty much all dry van.
Is that what you want to stick with -- or are you open to other options?
Do you have hazmat....& doubles/triples endorsements?
