Someone else is using my driver relay app

    I stop Driving since mid November. In December start getting calls from amazon relay regarding my ETA. I went to my relay and it shows that supposedly i am doing a load, meanwhile i am not working no more. So a carrier using my account. I find out the carrie name MAXBAX logistic. Called them many times, no answer. Requested call back from amazon and reported the issue. They opened a case. What else i can do?

    If you can log in to your account, you should be able to change your password. If you’re not going to be using it, maybe delete that account.
    Contact the provider and report fraudulent use of the account.

    I’ve had a broker call me one time about a load we didn’t book. That’s how I found out someone was using our info to book loads then request a partial payment for fuel then not do the load.

    Be nice to get paid on the Loads they’re pulling. At least get paid on one. I’m sure they’ll stop using your account then.

    unfortunately getting anyone competent in Amazon on the phone is going to be a chore in itself.

    One time I had a broker call me about a load that I never did.

    I returned their call immediately and informed them I did not do that load. Just to be safe I called my insurance company and I called ooida.

    One reason why this happens is because there are some Brokers that do not verify the phone number or email that is associated with your FMCSA account. So that is on them not on you.

    Amazon relay I couldn't tell you anything about them specifically.
