    Greetings,

Thank you so much to everyone that contributes to the forum, have learned so much.

Everyone says its better to sign on with smaller companies as will be paid better and treated more humanely.
Any idea of companies that hire recent CDL graduates?

Also, the initial 4-6 weeks training, are smaller companies able to offer the same quality training as the larger ones?

    Thank you

Small companies are better, is just a myth.
Get with a reefer company and make some money and have decent miles.
Where is your location and we can recommend some companies.
How many hours was your cdl school?

Why is the myth that smaller companies are so concerned about paying their drivers so much more! than their competitors keep steam? They are concerned about their bottom line, not yours. It's about their bottom line, not yours. But hey, go for it! When Gladys in payroll can't even figure out a W2 form, you found your dream job!

Thanks everyone. I'm in Chattanooga, but can be based out of Nashville, Atlanta, Charlotte, Birmingham. As long as I get back to the area every 3-7 weeks it's cool.

The class was 222 hours if I'm not mistaken

222 hr. cdl school is great.
By the way, I'm from the Nashville area, but not in Nashville.
    I moved to Nevada.
Is the address on your cdl a Chattanooga address?
