Skyline Transport of Knoxville Tennessee

I heard an ad on the radio today that Skyline has just opened up their own driver school to get you your CDL for free. Is it true that if a company does this they are desperate for drivers? I don't live far from Knoxville and was thinking about contacting them for training. Does anyone have any info on them? Thanks.

 

I called them and it actually sounds pretty good. They pay you 350 a week while you're in CDL school for 4 weeks and then 500 a week for your four weeks with a trainer then they cut you loose to run solo. They also said they get you home every weekend and they don't run LA or NYC. She said the biggest cities they go to are Dallas and Chicago. You have to live within driving distance of Knoxville though cause they don't have rooming. It sounds pretty good to me.
