Finally was able to try one of these places out. Not bad. Almost tastes like they add a little cinnamon to the chili? Went without beans. Looks like more cheese than it really is. Sure beats the usual truckstop crap.

Not originally from the area, I live here now.
Tried it 3 times. It's not for me. The cinnamon puts me off.

I don't normally run the area where those restaurants are at, Ive always wanted to try it though. I remember there is one on the AA highway in KY..... I was gonna stop there about 2 years ago but, never did.

If memory serves me, the put it over spaghetti.

I see the billboards for those everywhere. Always wanted to try it. In fact we found a can of skyline chili at the store yesterday and wife is gonna try and recreate it
