A truck driver at Uncle Pete's Truckstop said he has a Diamond Reo in his barn with only 15 miles on it but won't let anyone see it because it might get stolen.

I saw a Marmon for sale just off I-81 in PA back in November. Had 2m on the truck, 1m on the CAT 3406A. Owner was leaving trucking. Dealer had reduced the price to $9k. It wasn't there last time I went by.

I know where there's a Diamond T single axle COE tractor with van trailer sitting in the weeds in NC...

There's actually a pretty sharp looking marmon on truckpaper.com right now. 1987 3406b cat, flattop sleeper, for $10,000 in Oklahoma

I wouldn't buy either of them. Mechanical motors, where do you find parts not much of a dealer network....but if you are just going to biy them to look at, go ahead and get BOTH of them...

I have a friend who bought a Marmon new and still drives it. Marmon built a good truck. It is a shame that they are no longer in business. Parts could be something of a problem with either truck. Both are well built. I ran into a guy the other day who bought a Marmon not long ago. It is a flat top. It looks really good.

Did you just pull that out of your ###. Really I own and drive old trucks all mechanical and can go in and gets parts as easy as new stuff if not more so

Jack, I don't recall for sure. It would definitely be a restoration project, though.
