I prefer a driver who:

1. Does not to take home time often,
2. Wants to team for at least 2 years
3. Will not have pets in truck
4. Is clean
5. Respects each others boundaries
6. Doesn’t mind feminine Decoration
7. Refuses to text and drive

Requirements

1. No felonies or ever tried in federal criminal courts
2. 2 years of trucking experience
3. No more than 2 Jobs in the last 12 months
4. Clean driving history
5. No failed drug test
6. 24 Years old & up
7. Willing to get HazMat Endorsement and TWIC CARD
8. Willing to get Secret Security Clearance (company helps with acquiring)
9. US Citizen
10. Financial problems: no bankruptcy, does not currently OWE child support, doesn’t currently owe large amounts of taxes
11. No current illegal drug use
12. Not dishonorably discharged from military or revoked security clearance
13. Not deemed mentally incompetent by a health professional
14. Does not have a California Issued CDL

The company hires from 48 states, so it wouldn’t matter if we live in different states.

When we get to Military Bases to deliver we go through security. We are subject to having the truck & persons searched. When we are being unloaded we both have to get out of the truck and go inside driver’s lounge. I’m not sure if showers are provided.



Pay Information:

81cpm Base + 9cpm Teaming Bonus = 90cpm

Tenure: 1 CPM for every year of tenure for first 7 years – up to an additional 7 CPM


Weekly Guarantee (per driver based on verifiable experience) - This is top of the industry on guarantees!you qualify for weekly guarantee by being available during the work week. If truck is being serviced, or you f there are any delays you still receive the guarantee!

• 2 years - $2,300/week guarantee
• 3 years - $2,400/week guarantee
• 4+ years - $2,500/week guarantee

Security Teams: $30k sign on bonus for Secret Clearance (pay outs begin after your first quarter)

• Split between team members
• Paid out over 5 quarters at $6k per team per quarter

Non-Security Teams: Receive $1,000 bonus once clearance is received

Home Time

Out 3 weeks minimum and up to 6 days at home.

Taking hometime is voluntary. If you don’t use hometime it will accumulate for later use.

You park the truck at the nearest freight liner shop to your home so repairs can be done.

EXTENSIVE HIRING PROCESS

0. Complete ELD TRAINING, & Obtain Hazmat & TWIC ( should take you 2 weeks to receive Both in the mail after completing ELD TRAINING)

1. Fill out App
2. Safety checks driving history (can’t have anymore than 3 points, they even check ticket history as a point they check as far back as 2018.)
3. Phone/Video interview with Ops Manager ( Wants to see how we will manage dealing with Security, Military, confrontation, and authority)
4. After approval, your hired. They will send Security Clearance Application & it involves fingerprinting.
5. Orientation: In Tennessee, Road Test, Backing Test, Drug Test, paperwork

What we need to have done before filling out applications:

1. ELD Training for Hazmat endorsements
2. Hazmat endorsements
3. TWIC Card

Orientation is a week in Chattanooga, TN.

Transportation to orientation is covered. Also transportation, meals & hotel are covered.

I believe you get paid 250 a day while in Chattanooga.

 

I don’t mind living in the truck. I moved out my house to make/save as much money as I can on the road
