My factory indelb fridge finally took a dump in my 2018 780. I'm replacing it with a 110 v magic chef 4.3. I have two questions

    1. What is the best way to secure this? I am allowed some sensible drilling as long as it doesn't look like hell(it's going in the same spot behind the drivers seat)

    2. How long do you think I have before I'm going to need tonuse the warranty to replace this fridge from all the bumps in the road?

I used a small ratchet strap. They’re cheap enough at harbor freight. I used tie down bracket for a pick up bed bolted to the seatbelt safety bracket on the floor. Drilled a hole in the front of bunk big enough for the other hook to go into. You could just cut the hook ends off, make small hole in the strap ends, and bolt them somewhere using washers on each side. Wrap the whole fridge, the ratchet strap makes it easy to swap out. They’re sold in sets of 4 usually. They’re handy to have, for a tire on catwalk, broken fairing, anything a bungee cord, Zip ties and duct tape won’t hold. I’ve got one holding batteries down. Much better that the original rusty set up.

Maybe cut the hooks off the straps, cut a small hole in the doubled up part of the strap, just big enough for a screw. Use one of these, or any screw you can find. Into aluminum would be best. One half of the strap on each side, preferably centered or close to the middle across the top of fridge. Doesn’t have to be perfect, just secure.

At least I know I measured correctly and the fridge fits. I'm going to go find one of those straps tomorrow see what I can come up with. I ordered some door locks so they won't open and #### don't fly off shelfs. But I'm really liking this.
