I got a question for you guys when i drive i sweat a lot ( cause its hot as hell) and was wondering if any of you use some kind of seat cushion, like seat beads or something similar to help your back breath so the shirt is not soaked in sweat and make a drive little more comfortable, what i m looking for is something easy to put on and off since i dont have my own truck, pretty much drive different one everyday
    thanks for the help

i used the beads, but after a while, the nylon threading that holds it together, breaks, and beads all over the place.

i have tried the plastic seat screens, but they do not fold up in more than just half, it's size.

i was told the lambs wool seat covers work, but to me, that spells MORE heat.

for what it is worth, buy the beaded seat cover, at least it can be rolled up and carried much easier. but do not expect it to last very long, also, the beaded seat cover seems to smell bad as the varnish wears off the beads, and the sweat soaks into the beads...!!!

You think it would, but they are actually very comfortable. Use them in airplanes a lot...

I have this exact same problem. I do DSD and its embarrassing going in with a super sweaty back when its not even hot. But this vinyl just does not breathe and my back pours sweat. I thought id try the beads just keep forgetting to pick them up.

I had them years ago. Now I can't find the set I had and wish I could. They were nice to have.

We had seat beads and like them, they do seem to stay cooler. That is is you can find any, some stay up better than others also. Husband is using the gel seat now for bony butt LOL, but I don't know how it is for sweat purposes. Have you tried sticking to more light weight, cotton clothing (I hate 100 % cotton because of the wrinkling though), synthetics may make you sweat more.

I still used the beads. There's an almost massaging effect that you get from them also when you bounce down the road.

Not driving a truck..yet...but I do use a sheepskin in my cage and also on my bike...
The car only has a piece n the seat, when I had one for the full seat, it was way cooler.
Even works with the heated seat in the winter....
If it will keep from heat from the oil tank on my bike from burning my legs, it will keep your butt cooler.....
And your seat cleaner.... the one in the truck!
