    this company had an information on rate sheet , we though it was just general since it was not informed to us , they deducted 100$, just be aware any info on rate sheet

    I don't see what the problem is. You read it and agreed to it. So somehow this makes them "bad" because they actually held you to your word/agreement? Welcome to contracts!

    Great example of doing things on contracts that sucks. I recently signed an Agreement with Giltner Logistics Services of of Idaho. I totally missed that I had to send in ORIGINALS to get paid. If I would have noticed that I never would have worked with them. I absolutely despise the entire deal of "originals" to get paid. My point to this is I signed it so I agreed to it and I will honor the Agreement no matter how much it sucks. You can bet your ### I'll never pull another load for them though!
