Hello all to all truckers out there! I am having a problem. I have 2019 International LT Cumminsx15, about 455k ML. A month ago got the DPF cleaned, EGR flush, SCR system cleaned truck wouldn’t allow me to do parked regen I run local so I understand how that effects to the trucks regen procedure. Now I got a message on the dash saying (SCR Error Torque Derate 25 %. I notice when I’m in 9th/10th gear not getting much power unless I give more gas causing the truck fuel economy to be effected. Took it to a shop and the were codes came up. I am being told this could be the turbo. I don’t feel like it is and I would like to understand if it is what can I do about this. I wanna get back running and I don’t want to spend on issues that won’t fix the problem. Please take time to throughly explain to me folks I truck appreciate it!

Three unrelated problems occurring at the same time I strongly suspect you have a wiring harness problem.
I very much doubt there is a problem with the turbo. -
I would check all connectors that may have been unplugged with the work that you had done.
They may not have plugged something in all the way or broken a wire at a plug. -
I just spent this morning chasing multiple unrelated engine faults on a newer international LT with an X15 in it. The problem was several broken wires at the emissions fuse/relay box. The fuse/relay box is bolted to a bracket under the floor directly below the drivers seat and moves up and down with the air ride cab. The harness to the fuse/relay box is tied to the frame so the wires are constantly wearing. The wires rubbed through the insulation and corrosion consumed the copper wire.
I can see where this will be an ongoing problem.Accidental Trucker, D.Tibbitt and 062 Thank this. -
If I remember right it only affects 19-22 models, but I had a 23 with a cracked fuse not long ago.Accidental Trucker, D.Tibbitt and Inderjit Thank this. -
So how did it ended. I'm going thru same problems, I think

I had this happen with a company truck and it ended up being a blown turbo and was spitting oil out the exhaust side. About $12,000 and 6 months later that issue is finally corrected. Fortunately that wasn't my problem I just got put in a Ryder Truck during that time

Well it seems that leaking CAC was the problem for me. Don't understand it, but it was replaced week ago, and no derates. Go figure

Lots of unrelated codes usually means a wiring problem. However, all the active codes in that picture are exhaust related. So it could indeed be a turbo problem, or it could be just an exhaust leak.
What is an EGR flush? Did they disconnect parts of the EGR system? If so my first suspicion would be a leak.
