Schneider phone interview

Don't sweat the interview, it is more like they are doing your background check with you.

I had one with Schneider about two weeks ago and it was the recruiter that called me back and did the phone interview. Basically it was confirming all of the info in my application and making sure that I didn't have any new traffic tickets or felonies.

Then the recruiter passed the phone interview to their medical department and the lady there asked me questions to complete the initial part of the D.O.T. physical questionnaire.

92-26 is exactly right. If everything checks out they will try and have you in orientation by Saturday!

 

I recently attended orientation for Star and was accepted. However; I have changed my mind and would like to go with SNI. I have not received a paycheck and I am not under dispatch. Also have not been assigned a trainer as of yet. Is it possible to quit without receiving a bad DAC report?

 

I left Orientation with US Xpress a few years ago, No pay, No drive time, etc. and they did put it on my DAC. I could care less now, I have been driving for 2 years with the company I am with now and do not plan on leaving!

I think they have to report to dac if you did a drug test. But they shouldn't put nothing negative on it. Go where you think its best for you and SNI is a better choice.

 

How long does it stay on your DAC? I just got my CDL 2 weeks ago and just want to get with somebody that will have the miles, the rest is up to me. Don't want to make a bad mistake by jumping around.
