I just applied for a dedicated reefer job out of my hometown and was curious what kind of benefits Schneider has and costs for Healthcare...single adult. Thanks in advance guys/gals.

I pay roughly 28 a week high plan. 1800 deductible once met 80/20. Until then you pay the ins discounted charges. Co provided HRA dollars that are used first. Wellness incentive paid to that as well. This is a rollover type account too. Can also get a FSA account.

401k vests 100% at 3 years company match upto 7% on a sliding scale depending on what you choose to have deducted.

Supplemental ins available as well as CDL protection and a few others I dont get personally.

If you have Schneider's health insurance, you can't have the FSA too, per IRS regulations...

The dental and vision coverage are great. Schneider pays for the vision exam coverage which also includes discounts on glasses, or you can add on the vision materials coverage. It's very inexpensive as well.

HRA isnt something I contribute into , its SNI funded . FSA IS something I contribute to. HRA is used only when I am at a doctor. It doesnt have a card associated with it like the FSA does.

Either way SNI lists it and its something I have gotten the past 4 years.

You're right on all counts. I was thinking of an HSA instead of an HRA. It's slightly different. The only conflict between an FSA and an HRA is that you can't get reimbursed for the same thing from both accounts.
