    Hey all,
Wanting to know from current Schneider drivers how they like their benefits and their costs. Things like health insurance, 401K, vacation, etc.

    Schneider has good benefits.
I pay $200 a month for basic, full coverage for me and my kids...including dental and eyes.
The VIP plan is about $300 a month...comes with less out of pocket expenses.
    The 401k is pretty good.
They match .50 for the first 3% and then dollar for dollar on the next 3% contributed.
I think you are fully vested in 5 years.
Vacation is 1 week after a year...and 2 weeks after 3 years, I think...don't quote me on that.

    dirtdiver88 Thanks this.

    That's a strong 401k,

I would definitley be putting in at least 6%.

Right now I elected to contribute 50% lol. Crazy stuff

I am on per diem though, so kind of works out to an effective rate of 25% since half of my "earnings" are non taxable. Going to lower it a bit. The thing I like about the 401K program is you can change around the percentage from week to week.
