At first glance you would think this is a great company to come to work for.
They bring you into orientation and tell you that you're going to get an assigned new truck no slip seating!
Then they bring you out and show you the equipment it's a long nose W900 KW 18 speed just what old School drivers want.
Then the very next week they will pull you out of it and tell you to get everything out.
Then say they're going to put you in a man camp with slip seating and an automatic truck with a lot smaller cab.
And this is not what we agreed to!
Then of course something they should have told you in orientation.
My last load was a load that was preloaded already at the yard.
I take it and deliver it 80 miles one way 80 miles back expecting at least $110.
My last load was paid at $48.10.
Approximately 24.4 tons that was supposed to be paid according to the rate sheet at $15 a ton times 30% would have been right at $109.8.
Something else they don't keep their word about is their rate sheet.
And accounting who knows nothing about it and argues with you that you didn't pull it!
The good thing for me is I took a picture of the load ticket and I save every load bol.
They didn't tell you that they decided to split that last load after you've delivered it.
This of course you will be told after the fact by accounting.
And you ask for the lease purchase side or they call it LP and they promise they're going to send it and they never did.
I have read other threads and reviews on other sites stating they will keep your deposit on the lease purchase or definitely part of it.
Find another company I wouldn't work for them ever again.
They definitely cannot keep their word.
