    I have this codes poping up lately i dont know what was wrong. Few days while driving my truck start to shale lost its own power. Stoped put in neutral the whole truck was shaking. Took it to the shop and open the actuator found out bad turbo and actuator, turbo mechanisam was barely moving half way, which means no boost or less boost that need for the engine. I just want it to post and hopefully to someone who has this issues or guide you where to look.

    Thank you I have exact same check engine code on my 2011 D13 at almost 600k miles. I didn't take actuator yet to see if shaft is moving but symptoms are exactly same. Glad I could drive with empty trailer home about 400 miles with this error code and nothing happened. Seems like turbo works when not loaded but will fail under significant load.
