Rye Gentry Trucking

Rye Gentry's owner Steven Gentry didn't pay me for last week of work during which I made around 800$ . He was also charging me 100$ each check for last 5 weeks . He was saying he have to build up some amount of money for possible insurance claim . The problem is he already collected 1000$ from me couple months before for insurance deductible.
He doesn't want to give parking space for newer drivers , he doesn't want to provide additional parking . What's the point doing it when owner operators can rent parking on their own for 100$ a month -this way he can save money without expansion. He didn't want to give me key to the yard to leave container overnight so I was parked on lot couple hundreds feet from his yard with couple others drivers. Then, overnight after I went home somebody broke into the container and stole some stuff. Now that's becoming my fault because his insurance may not cover claim because I weren't park on his lot . So he took my 1000$ for insurance deductible plus 500$ he was charging 100$ from each check before I quit and my last 800$ check . I already called Labor Department and they said they will help me. But I want everybody to know how Mr. Gentry deal with his drivers and customers( he didn't even file insurance claim on that case counting receiver will not figure out some stuff is missing)
