Stay as far away from LB Inspire/MDJ Express/Skiff Express as you possibly can. These Russians are nothing but liars and thieves. I only worked for them for about 9 days, earned $9,000 gross and never saw a dime of that money. Their POS dispatcher kept making excuses like "the pay has to be approved by the broker." and stupid #### like that. The broker doesnt have anything to do with MY pay. That is the responsibility of the company I work for. Its the company's responsibility to worry about getting their money. I made two on time, claim free deliveries, so they got paid. They just kept the money. They are shady AF. All Russian/Serbian/Balkan companies are. It didn't take me even a day to realize it, either. Don't do it, mark my words, you will be sorry you did. Just find a reputable American company to work for.

Thanks for letting us know. Regardless of what some of the people say, we like to hear about these companies and what they're doing. What you talked about might keep another driver from making the same mistake. -
Hey, I've just found this review about our company and would like to tell few things from our perspective.
1) Mr James is stating that we are russians even without knowing the real case. It's a great insult to be called a russian these days
2) Mr James starter complaining about everything while he was still driving to our office to get hired.
3) He sent us an excel spreadsheet with 100 demands and places he will not drive to (we told him that's ok and tried to do what he asked)
4) Started asking to get paid right after first delivery even knowing there is one week in a hole.
5) Delivered 2 loads, abandoned loaded truck and trailer and went missing.
I would say Mr James should be grateful that we are not placing any bad reviews about him as he is a driver which every company should avoid.ChromeNut, Atwt, Another Canadian driver and 13 others Thank this. -
Interesting that between the two, you claim a total of 10 trucks and 100,000 miles on the MCS-150s. I'm sure you're operating more than 10,000 miles/year/truck, right? Or is this to try and cheat on insurance rates?
BTW: The standard American wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a Russian and a Lithuanian. After all, you're all from the original Russian Empire, no?
And no, none of us believe your name is George Williams, especially when the business is registered to a Vaitekunas and a KaikunaiteBret1984, Atwt, Another Canadian driver and 12 others Thank this. -
Company shows 5 trucks and 50k miles which is not accurate and don’t know why it says that.Atwt, Another Canadian driver and MartinFromBC Thank this. -
I also highly doubt he "just found this review about our company," as it was only posted today. They likely surf every possible location to post a review in order to refute or have it removed immediately. He couldn't even be honest about their origins, not realizing that all Corps and LLCs have to register with the state and that it is public information for anyone to view. A good part of my job entails tracking down trucking companies for background checks, its all public information and pretty easy to figure out the nationality of the ownership.Atwt, Another Canadian driver, snowlauncher and 8 others Thank this. -
I can surely tell that you are a standard American by the way you speak about other nationalities. Americans are #1, others should not even exist. I really appreciate your opinion so could you please send me some guidelines how to not be a russian. Thank you!
P.s. one of our drivers left a really accurate review:
Ok...I am an owner operator here at MDJ Express. I've been with this company for almost 2 yrs now. Driving altogether for over a decade. Every company ain't for every driver but as for me and I can only speak on my experience. I have been treated better here than almost every other trucking company I've worked for in the past. As a black man that's saying something because we are often treated like 3rd class citizens.. any issues I have I tell my dispatch and it's usually resolved within 24 hrs. The comment about trip paks..... I had issues at first because I was turning them in too late. not turning in all pages because they had nothing to do with actual BOL.Never had missing paks. Look bottom line if ur a truck stop local..negligent unprofessional then expect issues and low pay. I have no complaints here. These ppl look out for u if u deserve it. Heck my dispatch even got emotional when I lost my GrandMa a few months ago. Give respect, be respectful, be a true professional and they will see to ur success. Period. I AM LIVING PROOF
Everyone has freedom to choose which company they want to work with. There will always be unhappy drivers but plenty of happy ones as well. PeaceAtwt and Another Canadian driver Thank this. -
Atwt, Another Canadian driver and Flat Earth Trucker Thank this.

Freedoms here also allow a fictitious account...We can tell.Bret1984, Atwt, Another Canadian driver and 6 others Thank this.
