3 years later still throwing trash. Actually forgot about this forum. Honestly if your route starts early you can easily pick up 400 houses in 4-5 hours. Routes were only about 15 minutes from the landfill. Run your tail off and your done driving back in a little after 8. Your never forced to go to do more on the crew I'm on. If someone's off your offered ot to help get the route up. Your paid by your route and the only routes that take over 6 hours are the handful of automated ones we have. The only times the routes take a little more time is right after a holiday. Still love the job and plan on staying till I hang it up.
