Being new to the O/O world it occurred to me that I would not know who to call for roadside assistance. I was an company driver for years so I always called my company and let them decide. One time on a busy holiday weekend I was told by the company to go ahead and call a nearby mobile truck repair but it was an area I knew and it was a brake chamber so the decision was simple.

Is there a network or some type of nationwide mobile repair hotline number for trucks like AAA has for cars but for trucks?

I know TA/Petro and loves can repair a tire but what if its something else, also they are not on every corner in some parts of the country

Also, my truck is under warranty so how would that play into it? International/ Cummins

    TIA

This is a new service but it comes from a great company with a long history in the road service sector. Their parent company is ArcBest, same company that owns ABF Freight, Panther Expedite and Fleet Net (which has been providing heavy duty road service management to fleets for decades).

The search tool is free for the truck owner and they do work with owner operators as well as fleets.

truckdown.com is similar to ntts linked by 062. It's worth being aware those cost money to be listed in them, so aren't complete lists by any stretch. Google search works best for me, and usually includes some reviews. Like any other Google review, usually it's unhappy people that have time for that, so take negatives with a grain of salt. Especially when you can read it and just tell whoever posted it was out of their mind in the first place.

Google search. I always read the negatives reviews. To understand if it’s a service issue or id10t issue.

NTTS is the largest, but always use Google to check reviews. Nobody else comes close
