I was driving and happened to see this sign and can not find in any road sign manual what the meaning of it is....
It is the "no" symbol (red circle with line thru it) And the letters HC in it.
I thought it meant no Hazardous Containers But the sign for that is no symbol with the letters HM (Haz Materials)
Anyone have any idea what this sign means?

Probably "High Clearance." Or "High Cube." same thing.
Or, in other words, "HEY, LOOK UP, STUPID!" -
It means No hazardous cargo
vegastrucker1 Thanks this. -
Yup...Hazardous Cargo. Ya gots to go anutter way.
Conversely, you will sometimes see "HC" encircled in green, which means it is a Hazardous Cargo route. -
No "Hungry Cats!"

I still like the "Motorcycles Use Caution Ripples" signs.
WTH is a caution ripple, and why would motorcycles use them?
(I'm kidding....I'm KIDDING! I've had my coffee this morning!) -

Wifey and I slept in this morning, ignoring the howls of our four cats. One of them retaliated by peeing on the rug by the front door. Twice.
So that warning sign would have been totally appropriate at my house this morning!!
