This company is a scam artist read the fine print in the contract.IF you quit they keep the escrow aka maintenance account. They claim they have 2022 trucks they don't have that at all. 25% is guaranteed to the dispatcher 75% isn't guaranteed to you due to overcharge for a old truck. The expenses going to eat up between 65% to 70% of the 75% gross pay. The worse part is there going to cap your weekly gross. Which makes the process not work, Because there isn't any transparency between drivers and dispatcher. You won't know the truth of what you earn. Meaning you won't see the boards the books of what the load is worth.
