Raneys has been pushing Fox Shocks on social media pretty heavily lately and I came across these comments from them.

Road Kings website has disappeared. According to one of the images above someone actually sent Shocks back to be rebuilt and never heard anything back. Allegedly... poor guy isn’t going to get them back.

This may not be new news to some of y’all but I never heard anything about this. Pretty crazy

Also not too mention they bought out Silver Road Shocks ah while back. That website and their Social Media is gone as well without warning.

I seem to remember this being another item that was highly recommended by Rutherfraud.

I do get that it - that the line is a joke, but -
Just recently I had shimmy in my front end, and bought new shocks as a part of the remedy.

I bought two Gabriel Fleetline shocks.

I took one of the old ones off, and could not push it in, or pull it out - at all.
So - not worn out, and still doing it's thing properly, by dampening movement of suspension.

I took the new, beautiful, black Gabriel shocks and could easily push them in, and pull them out.
I went thru this in another post, where yes, i know there are different dampening rate ratios.
If it's for a truck, this shock is useless - brand new.

Road King shocks were Awesome! They provided an incredible ride. The best ride I have ever had in a big truck and I have been doing this a long time. Yes, they were expensive, but worth it. Sad to see that they have gone out of business.

    RubyEagle Thanks this.
