    Riverside transport also known as RTI and TLI don't go here they lie to you and their equipment is not what the recruiters are telling you it is. When I got my truck I found cat crap in a cubby hole and food under the bunk. I quit 70 days ago and they still haven't paid me my last settlement. Every week when I call they tell me next Friday.

    If you were a company driver, go down to your local Labor Office and file against them. They will be given 30 days to respond, but most likely it will get their attention faster than that. If they have any State Contracts, the State will freeze any payments to them until it is resolved. They will also be required to pay an average wage to you, up to 30 days worth of penalty pay. Don't wait any longer, they also probably do not want the Labor Dept. Investigators looking at the books, they tend to find other issues and love to dole out fines.
