I looked into Rich Logistics today but wasn't really impressed has anyone hauled for them? I was told they do lanes north and south and its all automotive, auto parts for GM

No one seems to have posted anything so I decided to see if anyone has worked or spoke to anyone with them.

They are out of little rock, ar. I heard its lots of laredo and back north runs. I also heard they let you pick what 2 days you want off and pretty consistently get you home for those days. Once again, thats just hear say from the cb but thats my take. I notice they got some of those long nose volvos.. I cant remember the specific model it is.. then I even saw a lone star out at one of my local plants one day.

I had a friend of mine leased on with him, from what he told me he didn't like fudging on his log book all the time and he most certainly didn't like them calling him while he was on home-time to run a load. On the up side, he said he made money but he's not killing himself over a dollar.

I worked for Rich Logistics as a dedicated driver from Little Rock to Dallas 5 nights a week....Warning stay away! It was supposed to of been a 6pm to 6am shift but dispatch could never get the loads there in time for us to leave on time. I quit because one night i was sick but still went in because the fleet manager asked me to. He told me the load wouldn't be there until 8 or 9 pm but when I got to the yard they told me MIDNIGHT 6 hours later than when I signed on to leave, so I walked out and quit. So they will try and blackball you if you quit. They put on my DAC i was late with deliveries and pickups and also no show. What bs I am now disputing that record on my DAC because in 26 years of driving I have never had a bad report until these idiots did it.
They don't respect the drivers and the CEO is always in the dispatch office screaming and cussing the dispatchers...VERY unprofessional!!!

Did they happen to give you guys a choice of paper or electronic logs? I have been talking with a recruiter to just see how the company operates and he offered me .38cpm on paper or .40cpm to take electronic logs. He said they are trying to get proactive in cleaning up the psp scores and keep a safe well maintained fleet.

No they are going to e-logs and if the truck they give you has e-log already than you have to use it. And yes the DOT are watching them close because the psp scores are bad. The recruiter Rick is a good guy but just a recruiter, Dawn is another recruiter and she has no respect for drivers.

Yeah, that's who im talking to is Rick. Mainly, im just gathering Intel on companies. I was just curious if they gave everyone this option or if it was new. I couldn't be a local driver.. I would have to be gone for a week at a time and im not sure on how I feel about that yet.
What kind of equipment are they running now? I know it used to be lonestars and long nose Volvo trucks.

Mainly 2015 Freightliner coronados and Prostars now, and some random makes still left. I will admit very nice trucks just a really driver unfriendly company.

I hear ya. They said I would have to deal with the St Louis terminal. Any idea on how they run or did you only deal with little rock?
