I just quit working for them, one of the biggest mistakes I've made in my trucking career. Run you hard and pat you nothing. Trying to contact any one by phone is utterly impossible. Piss pore pay especially orientation 50.00 a day. There are a lot better companies out there.

 

Any recommendations of those companies in the Saint Louis region?

 

Didn't you know what the pay was before you hit the road? Especially if you stuck around for the $50.00 orientation pay? I see them all day long up on I-55 around the Joliet,IL area and in I-65 in NW Indiana... All days cabs... Cant Imagine it being that bad... If they are running from St.Louis to Chicago and back on round trips with day cabs that seems like some running to me? No?

 

beelman runs aluminum frameless end dumps with all super singles and the set up is hideous.they may top out at 63. man,pulling that type of outfit with the super singles all the way aroud pulling an end dump seems bassakwards to me. i get all puckered up pulling a steel 39' closed tandem end dump at some places and shudder to think what it would be like to have that trailer up in the air with a wind and the super singles.

they were pulling lots of loads out of an athens,ga. scrap yard back up to ft wayne,same place i go from time to time but i never saw the trucks once we left athens at about the same time. drivers were all cool it seems and must have nerves of steel.get it? scrap is lots of steel.never mind-

 

I took some dump loads into TX cement open pits. We'd dump at night, frameless 40 ft, dual tandems and you couldn't see the trailer let alone know if it tipped over when full vertical. I didn't like dumping on concrete at night as you could'nt tell if there were wires overhead. No wonder they have nice trucks. Like Dolese in OK, they pay for them with low wages.

Might have ran into you I pulled an number of loads out of Athens this past summer, It's really not bad with the super single there's a little more sway than when i had Duels are 5th wheel is a low profile and the trailers sit lower so that off set the sway also, so there's not much difference other than if you blow a tire while dumping your hosed. Most of are truck are up to mind blowing speed of 64 now lol I'm special my truck does 65

 

I'll be easy to locate now. look for the yellow western star.man, i had to load in muck that was a foot deep last tuesday.that yard can get down right nasty.I just stayed in the truck as i was in a lake of mud/water on both sides and i refused to step out in it.no one said anything to me and i still got loaded.

you guys had a female driver that pulled an end dump out of there at one time.does she still drive for ya'll? speaking of low profile,your entire truck and trailer is low profile. i bet your mty weight is ultra light.
