Replacement Metal Fenders

I am the driver of a 2019 Peterbilt 389 and have spent the last 4 months polishing and cleaning it up. The owner now wants to repair the past damage. He wants to buy metal fenders not fiberglass, but that is all we can find. He is trying to keep the truck on the road and the shop told us to pull and repair the old dents will take a couple weeks. One side is 6 inch diameter and about 3 inches deep. It has a few deep grooves. The other side is just deep grooves. A customer backed a hay trailer into the fender and the sharp edges made a no bondo repair impossible for our shop. Old school maybe but it would take a lot of time.

Does anyone have recommendations for metal body parts?

I also get to replace the flat front bumper. I drive on a lot of farms and I was thinking of going back to the taper edges? The drivers in the past had bent the front pretty bad. Last week Redneck Trailers forgot to tell me they just filled a hole 6 feet deep and 20 feet wide and I dropped the front wheels into the pit. Needless to say the bumper is scrap now. Fill a hole, do not pack the dirt or cone off the drive, then send a 40,000 pound truck over it.

Thanks for the help. I have 45 years building hot rods and street racing. I have detailed show cars and built many cool rides. I have even played a bit in the diesel world but now I am old tired and just hang on to the wheel. Of course I get a 13 speed to keep it interesting still. The change in a farm truck to what it is now has been amazing. I have been using 4 inch polish wheels, 10 inch wheels, and a variety of small shaped pads. There are a lot of old scars so it shines but looks like it has been worked too. It will never be a show truck, but the owner does like it more clean. Polish compounds used were from Joplin 44 Petro green, blue and white. I also like mothers creams for quick fixes.
