I tried using black silicone, but it doesn’t last. Next I want to try super glue with baking soda. The problem, however, is that the floor is black and baking soda is white. Any other solutions?

Go to a auto body supply store and buy some panel adhesive, 3M makes it in black. If you ask super nice they might let you borrow the application gun for it if you go with a two part adhesive.

If it's your own truck just pull the seats, hire a local handyman to throw in some laminate and be done with it.
