Hello everyone, i'm a cross border truck driver and live in Quebec. i plan to work in BC province, but my home is still in Quebec. i know if moving to any new province there are 60-90 days to change license. but for the long haul truck driver can i not change my class 1 driver's license to BC? my last company was in Ontario, i do the long haul cross border driver over 5 years over there but i never change my class 1 license to Ontario.

Where is your primary residence? That's the province you've got to have your license in.

If your home is Quebec, your license is Quebecois.

Leave you license Quebec,,as well you would not want to registrar your personal vehicle in BC,,,insurance is stupid expensive.
