You need to stay put and suck it up until that cell phone ticket is 3 years old or older. Most places can't/won't hire with that on your record as it qualifies as a major offense. I know our insurance company will not insure you with that on your record, therefore you can't be hired in the first place.
You have 3 things working against you that only time can cure: 1. Too many employers in too short of a time period. 2. The major violation ticket. and 3. The accident.
Now with that said, you were fired from your second employer over a cell phone issue, but you got a cell phone ticket this year? Were those two separate offenses? If so, you're in for a world of hurt because that will be reported during the employment verification process and show that you have a pattern of willful disregard for the laws regarding hands-free devices. I generally argue the cases for new hires with issues here, but I couldn't even think of bringing that one into the COO/President's office and wasting everyone's time on it.
Basically, if you can't/won't stick with your current employer for the next 3 years, you will only have the second-chance companies to choose from like Western Express or Carolina Cargo, and you won't get to be picky about a pet policy.RockinChair and lual Thank this. -
